III. Violation of Access Restrictions by People Under the Legal Drinking Age:
Miller Brewing Web sites are intended only for persons of legal drinking age. Date of birth certification is required to access all Miller Web sites, including Brewblog.com, and prompts may also be located within the Web sites. If someone under the legal drinking age has provided us with personal information by obtaining access in violation of the Web site access restrictions, we ask that the parent or guardian of that person contact us immediately at the e-mail address listed at the bottom of this Statement so we can immediately remove such information from our records.

V. How to Request Deletion of Previously Provided Information:
If you have submitted personal information to Miller, including the blog, and would like that information deleted from our records, please send an e-mail to unsubscribe@millerbrewing.com with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line of your message. Upon your request, you will not receive any further communication from us, and we will delete this personal information from our existing files. Please note that removing your e-mail address from our mailing list may take up to ten days, so you may receive additional messages from Miller Brewing for a short period. Should you receive any messages from Miller following your removal request, please rest assured we are working on your request and no further action is required on your part. In the event that a user unsubscribes from our database, we will retain a record of any personal information and the unsubscribe action for our internal records as evidence of the action and our compliance with this Policy.
